Stanza in un appartamento condiviso

Affitto la mia stanza/appartamento da gennaio per circa 1 anno a seconda delle necessità, eventualmente anche più a lungo.
L'intero appartamento (nuova costruzione) è di 2.0qm (4.5 locali), ha due balconi, una cucina aperta ed è dotato di arredamento moderno. In un'ala separata dell'appartamento si trovano altre stanze/bagno, occupate da un'ottima coinquilina (architetto). La cucina e il soggiorno sono quasi condivisi.
L'appartamento è moderno, arredato con molti mobili di design e ha tutto il necessario per traslocare immediatamente. La fermata del tram e il supermercato sono direttamente di fronte alla casa. L'affitto è 2.00 più 380 di supplemento per altri costi accessori, internet e arredamento, quindi 2380 CHF in totale. La cauzione è 2500.-

ENG: I am renting out my furnished room for an interim period, as of now, for about 1 year,
depending on your demand, possibly even longer if you want. The full aparment is 2.0 sqm big
with two balconies, 4.5 rooms, and an open kitchen. It is fully equiped and furnished with
modern furniture and art. In the other wing of the apartment, there is an additional bedroom and
bathroom, which is rented to an architekt (female), so the living room and kitchen will be
shared.The apartment and living room has a high living standard with modern and clean interior.
Tram station and supermarket are directly in front of the building. Rent is 2.00 plus 380 for
internet and other utilities, so 2380 CHF in total and the security deposit will be 2500.-
