The apartment is super centrally located and ideally connected to public transport (5 minutes on foot to Bahnhof Hardbrücke or the Technopark tram stop). By train, you are at Zürich HB in just 3 minutes.

Otherwise, everything you need for everyday life is right around the corner: a large Coop, Lidl and Migrolino as well as numerous restaurants, gyms and shops in Kreis 5 (e.g. Geroldsgarten). You can reach the Limmat in approx. 20 minutes on foot. There is a beautiful jogging route there and, of course, swimming opportunities in summer.

The apartment itself is 60 m² in size, very bright, quiet and modern. Your room is 23 m² in size, faces the quiet courtyard and has its own balcony. Additionally, there is a larger loggia that is accessible directly from the living room.

The apartment has two bathrooms. You would share one of them with Emi. The bathroom has a large mirrored cabinet with one side per person and a bathtub.

Particularly practical: We have our own washing machine and our own dryer directly in the apartment as well as a modern basement compartment.

You will live together with two very lovely, cheerful and uncomplicated flatmates: Larissa (29) and Emi (26).

Larissa is Swiss and works in sales in medical technology. In her free time, she likes kitesurfing and undertaking trips in her self-built van.

Emi is German and has just recently started as an assistant doctor in Zürich. In her free time, she likes being in the mountains or out with her bike.

We appreciate shared fun evenings and an uncomplicated WG life, but also enjoy our privacy.

The room is available immediately. The current furniture (bed and wardrobe) can be taken over at a fair price.

In addition to the rent, the usual costs for internet and our cleaning lady (every two weeks) are added.
