Maisonette room with a separate sleeping area

The room extends over two levels and has a separate sleeping area in the upper attic. Below, there is a desk, a cozy sofa, and a large wardrobe. Upstairs, there is a bed with bedside tables. The sloped ceilings, visible wooden beams, and the skylight ensure a particularly cozy atmosphere. A small dining table is also present.

The WG is overall mega relaxed and living together is uncomplicated.

Who I am looking for

I am looking for an employed person between 22 and 31 years old with a regular income and a valid employment contract. Young professionals with an office job are preferred. Unfortunately, persons from gastronomy or similar areas cannot be considered due to the different working hours.

Move-in and application

An earlier move-in is also possible by arrangement.

A viewing is required before applying, either in person or via video call. Subsequently, an application form, a copy of an ID, and the employment contract must be submitted directly to the landlord.

I am happy to send pictures of the kitchen and the bathroom upon request if interested.

The sloped ceilings, exposed wooden beams and skylight create a particularly cosy atmosphere. There is also a small dining table.

The flatshare has a really relaxed atmosphere, and living together is easygoing and uncomplicated.
