The flat is in a charming period building (Altbau, around 2920) with original herringbone parquet in the living areas and terrazzo floors in the kitchen and bathroom. It has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

• Kitchen: fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher
• Bathroom: with bathtub

Location: a quiet residential area on the Zürichberg that is still very central.

• ETH Zürich and the University of Zürich are just around the corner.
• Zürichberg forest is a 20-minute walk away, with running paths, mountain bike trails and an outdoor calisthenics parcours.
• Zürich main station is 25 minutes away on foot.

In meiner 2er-WG in Kreis 6 am Zürichberg wird ab sofort ein ca. 23 m² grosses, unmöbliertes Zimmer frei. Eine befristete Untermiete ist ebenfalls möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Altbau von ca. 2920. In den Wohnräumen gibt es originales Fischgrat-Parkett, in Küche und Bad Terrazzoböden. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad.

• Dein Zimmer: ca. 23 m², unmöbliert, mit Blick auf den See
• Küche: voll ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Backofen und Geschirrspüler
• Bad: mit Badewanne

Lage: eine ruhige Wohngegend am Zürichberg, trotzdem sehr zentral.

• Die ETH und die Universität Zürich sind gleich um die Ecke.
• In 20 Minuten zu Fuss bist du im Zürichbergwald, mit Joggingstrecken, Bike-Trails und einem Vita-Parcours mit Calisthenics-Anlage.
• Zu Fuss bist du in 25 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
