The apartment is older, but cozy and cordial - no high-gloss new building, but a home with character. The location is hardly to be topped: The Limmatplatz is only about 5 minutes walk away and the main station can be reached in 7-10 minutes on foot. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities all around. The room is furnished and is ideal for someone looking for an uncomplicated living solution on time. **To me & the apartment:** I am 33 years old, employed and work 100% in the home office. Therefore, I am - if I'm not on the road with my dog Moon - mostly at home. The cohabitation is rather quiet and relaxed, everyone has their own day. Moon also lives here. Whoever moves in should like dogs and have no problem with the fact that a few dog hairs can be found in the apartment from time to time. The apartment is best suited for a person who is also employed, often on the road or lives in Zurich as a weekly commuter. **A female roommate is preferred.** I look forward to your message with a few words about you!
