Ciao (inglese sotto) Nel mio appartamento luminoso nel Kreis 9 c'è una stanza libera, per la quale cerco da subito o su accordo una residente settimanale (donna, NR). (LUN-VEN o meno. È possibile anche un affitto a tempo pieno temporaneo per circa 2-3 mesi). La stanza è arredata in modo semplice e ha una bella vista sulla Uetlibergturm e verso l'orizzonte. Singoli mobili possono essere portati su accordo. La stanza può essere chiusa con una porta scorrevole, ha inoltre una porta sul balcone comune e si trova in un appartamento molto luminoso e arioso con vista su meravigliati tramonti e molto verde. Nell'appartamento / in cantina può essere messo a disposizione ulteriore spazio per il deposito. Condividerai la cucina abitabile comune e il bagno con vasca con me, una donna di mezza età, aperta e con molti interessi diversi. Lavoro in modo indipendente nel settore sanitario, amo lo scambio e i momenti conviviali, così come cucinare e mangiare insieme in modo spontaneo, ma anche il silenzio e il ritiro. Per me è importante una comunicazione aperta e il rispetto reciproco, apprezzo un certo grado di ordine e pulizia. L'appartamento si trova in una casa piena di persone fantastiche, con cortile comune e vicino al bosco. I negozi e il tram n. 3 sono raggiungibili in circa 5 minuti a piedi. Il prezzo dell'affitto è di CHF 750 incluse le spese accessorie per LUN-VEN (adeguato proporzionalmente in caso di meno giorni o di affitto a tempo pieno temporaneo).
