Ab dem 2. Dezember 2026 wird mein Zimmer frei, da ich ausziehe. Du wohnst mitten im Kreis 5, mit allem vor der Tür, und kommst trotzdem in eine ruhige Wohnung nach Hause. Gesucht wird eine rücksichtsvolle, ordentliche und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin.

Grosser Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum bereits im Zimmer
Weitere Möbel (z.B. das Bett) können allenfalls übernommen werden, ideal für einen unkomplizierten Einzug

Viel gemeinsamer Raum: Wohnzimmer inkl. Essbereich, Küche und ein kleiner Balkon
Bad mit eigener Waschmaschine und Tumbler

Die Lage
An einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, aber mitten im Geschehen
9 Minuten zu Fuss zum HB, 5 Minuten an die Limmat
Grosse Migros, Post usw. direkt vor der Tür
Restaurants und Bars gleich um die Ecke$

Dauer
Mindestens 2 Monate bis unbefristet, je nach Absprache.

Die WG
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist beruflich viel unterwegs, du hast die Wohnung also oft für dich. Sie wünscht sich jemanden, der wenig im Home Office arbeitet.

Besichtigungen nach Vereinbarung in der Woche vom 9. November. Nach der Besichtigung kannst du deine Bewerbung innerhalb von 24 Stunden mit allen Unterlagen einreichen (aktueller Betreibungsregisterauszug, Kopie ID, etc.).

My room will be available from 2 December 2026, as I am moving out. You will live in the middle of District 5 with everything on your doorstep, and still come home to a quiet flat. We are looking for a considerate, tidy and easy-going female flatmate.

The room
CHF 2,070 per month incl. utilities
Large wardrobe with plenty of storage space already in the room
Further furniture (e.g. the bed) can possibly be taken over, ideal for an easy move-in

The flat
Plenty of shared space: living room incl. dining area, kitchen and a small balcony
Bathroom with its own washing machine and tumble dryer

The location
On a quiet side street, yet right in the middle of everything
9 minutes’ walk to Zurich main station (HB), 5 minutes to the Limmat
Large Migros, post office etc. right on your doorstep
Restaurants and bars just around the corner

Duration
Minimum 2 months up to unlimited, by arrangement.

The flatshare
Your flatmate travels a lot for work, so you will often have the flat to yourself. She is looking for someone who works from home only occasionally.

La mia stanza sarà disponibile dal 2 dicembre 2026, poiché mi trasferisco. Vivrai nel mezzo del Distretto 5 con tutto a portata di mano, e potrai comunque tornare a casa in un appartamento tranquillo. Cerchiamo una coinquilina premurosa, ordinata e alla mano.

Bagno con propria lavatrice e asciugatrice

In una tranquilla strada laterale, ma proprio nel cuore di tutto
9 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Zurigo (HB), 5 minuti dalla Limmat
Grande Migros, ufficio postale ecc. proprio sulla porta di casa
Ristoranti e bar proprio dietro l'angolo

Durata
Minimo 2 mesi fino a tempo indeterminato, in base agli accordi.

La convivenza
La tua coinquilina viaggia molto per lavoro, quindi avrai spesso l'appartamento tutto per te. Cerca qualcuno che lavori da casa solo occasionalmente.
