Für mein möbliertes Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in.

Das Zimmer (ca. 22 m2) ist hell, hat einen schönen Parkettboden und ist komplett eingerichtet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode und Kleiderschrank. Du kannst also direkt einziehen.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Esstisch) und hat eine Tür direkt ins Grüne. Dazu gibt es zwei Badezimmer, sodass es morgens nie Stau gibt. Für zusätzlichen Stauraum stehen ein grosser Einbauschrank im Flur und ein Abstellraum draussen zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Tumbler befinden sich im Keller.

Deine Mitbewohner sind zwei entspannte Studenten: einer im Master Informatik an der UZH, der andere im Bachelor Elektrotechnik an der ETH.

ETH und UZH erreichst du in jeweils ca. 25 Minuten.

I am looking for someone to take over my furnished room in our 3-person flatshare.

The room (approx. 22 m2) is bright, has lovely parquet flooring and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe, so you can move in right away.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, dining table) and has a door leading straight out to the garden. There are two bathrooms, so no morning queues. For extra storage, there is a large built-in cupboard in the hallway and a storage room outside. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.

Your flatmates are two easygoing students: one doing a Master in Computer Science at UZH, the other a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering at ETH.

Both ETH and UZH are about 25 minutes away.
