Close to ETH Hönggerberg (approx. 10 minutes walk).
Large, fully furnished room with a window front and lots of light.
Shared use of kitchen, toilet/bathroom. Washing machine/dryer in the basement.

I'm a bit introverted and think it would be great if the second person was a bit introverted as well.
As I have guinea pigs, it would be ideal if you don't have a pet-hair-allergy.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.

The rent including utilities is 1280.- CHF.
Electricity, internet (LAN & Wi-Fi), furniture, household insurance, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. are separate.
The total package is 2.00.- CHF
Deposit: 3 months rent (3600.- You get it back at the end if everything is fine)

Ich bin etwas introvertiert und fände es super, wenn die zweite Person auch eher ein bisschen so wäre.
Gerne baue ich aus Holz alles Mögliche für meine Meerschweinchen und den Gemüsebalkon.
Da ich Haustiere habe, wäre es ideal, wenn du keine Tierhaarallergie hast.
Rauchen ist verboten in der Wohnung!
