Furnished room in a relaxed shared flat near Albisriederplatz / Letzigrund
We are looking for a new flatmate from 22th November (flexible move-in until 2 December).
for our 3-person shared flat near Albisriederplatz / Letzigrund.
CHF 2,840/month – all-inclusive, including rent, electricity, water, Swisscom internet and weekly cleaning.

The private room is around 8 m² and fully furnished. While the bedroom itself is compact, you have full use of the rest of our approximately 70 m², 4.5-room apartment, including a large living room, a balcony with sofa and table, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/WC, washing machine in the apartment and lift.

• Location --

The location is probably the biggest advantage of the flat. Albisriederplatz is just around the corner and Zürich HB can be reached in around 25 minutes. Hardbrücke is also easily accessible.
Almost everything you need is nearby: supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, shopping, parks and other everyday services. It is an area where you can genuinely do most things without having to travel across the city.

• About us --

You would be living with two flatmates, both around 32. We have a friendly and relaxed WG: we sometimes cook, have dinner or make plans together, but we also have our own lives and value independence.
The flat is generally calm rather than a party flat. We like having a comfortable home, keeping common spaces reasonably tidy and being considerate of each other.

• Who we are looking for --

Ideally, we are looking for someone around our age who is working, respectful, reasonably tidy and interested in a friendly but independent WG.
You do not need to be obsessively clean — we already have weekly cleaning — but we do value someone who takes care of shared spaces and does not leave personal things around for days.

Occasional guests are of course completely fine, but we are not looking for someone who regularly hosts parties or has people staying over all the time.
Speaking Spanish or German would be a plus, but is absolutely not required.

Wir suchen ab Verfügbar ab dem 22. November (flexibler Einzug bis zum 2. Dezember). eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 3er-WG bei Albisriederplatz / Letzigrund.
CHF 2'840 pro Monat – all-inclusive, inklusive Miete, Strom, Wasser, Swisscom-Internet und wöchentlicher Reinigung.

Das private Zimmer ist ca. 8 m² gross und möbliert. Das Zimmer selbst ist eher kompakt, dafür steht dir selbstverständlich die gesamte ca. 70 m² grosse 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Verfügung: ein grosses Wohnzimmer, ein Balkon mit Sofa und kleinem Tisch, eine ausgestattete Küche, Bad/WC, eine eigene Waschmaschine sowie ein Lift.

• Lage --

Die Lage ist für uns einer der grössten Pluspunkte. Der Albisriederplatz ist direkt in der Nähe und den Zürich HB erreicht man in ca. 25 Minuten. Auch der Bahnhof Hardbrücke ist schnell erreichbar.
In der Umgebung gibt es praktisch alles, was man im Alltag braucht: Supermärkte, Fitnessstudios, Apotheken, Ärzte, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks usw.

• Über uns --

Du würdest mit zwei Mitbewohnern zusammenleben, beide ca. 32 Jahre alt.
Wir haben eine entspannte und freundliche WG. Wir kochen oder essen manchmal zusammen und unternehmen gelegentlich etwas, sind aber gleichzeitig ziemlich unabhängig und haben unser eigenes Leben.
Die Wohnung ist eher ruhig und keine Party-WG. Uns ist wichtig, dass man sich zu Hause wohlfühlt, aufeinander
