Chambre dans un appartement partagé

Puisque je déménage dans un nouvel appartement, ma chambre dans notre colocation à l'Oerlikonerstrasse 3 est devenue disponible. Tous les meubles sur les photos (lit, chaise, table, 2 commodes) peuvent être utilisés pour la durée de la location, mais peuvent également être enlevés si désiré. (!) Important (!) : La maison sera complètement rénovée au 31.7.2026, donc notre contrat de colocation expirera également. La colocation est extrêmement bien située, juste en face de l'arrêt de transport en commun Hirschwiesenstrasse (tram 10, 51), avec l'arrêt Milchbuck à 3 minutes à pied et le campus Irchel (UZH) à environ 12 minutes à pied à un rythme tranquille. Coop et Denner sont facilement accessibles à pied ou en transport en commun. La chambre (19 m²) est au rez-de-chaussée et la fenêtre donne sur un espace vert. Si désiré, la chambre peut également être reprise à partir du 1er mai ou plus tard. Vous passerez les trois mois à vivre avec Kim (étudiante en biochimie) et Jerome (étudiant en mathématiques et informatique à l'ETH). Tous les équipements standard, tels que l'internet, une buanderie et une cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle d'entraînement dans l'immeuble, sont bien sûr disponibles. Coop and Denner are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The room (19 qm) is on the ground floor and the window overlooks greenery. If desired, the room can also be taken over from 1 May or later. You would spend the three months living with Kim (a biochemistry student) and Jerome (a maths and IT student at ETH).
