Room in a shared flat: 2.5x connected furnished rooms in shared house (total 3 adults) to sublet. Furnished with bed 140x200cm bed, table/home office, chair, wardrobe, sideboards, lights, curtains etc. The room is part of a historic house (500-year old); below it houses the local museum of Wiedikon, we live in the upper two stories, which are modern renovated. One kitchen to share for all, two bathrooms, livingroom and a patio, all fully furnished and equipped. We have musical instruments (piano, guitars) - The patio behind the house is ideal for barbecue parties or brunch. - washing machine and a dryer. - IN THE HOUSE: a total 3 open minded local and international adults). Next tram stop: Schmiede Wiedikon (Tram 9 and 14, Bus 72, 89,…) and also walking distance to Bahnhof Wiedikon and Bahnhof Binz.
