Room in a shared flat

The apartment is located at Zeppelinstrasse 28. It is fully furnished, and the lease runs until July 31, 2027. Everyone name will be added to the contract. Because it does not allow early termination, moving out ahead of time (especially during the final months) isn not possible, so I am looking for someone looking to commit for the full period.
I have been living here since February and will be staying on. My current flatmates are moving out on December 1st, and I am looking for one new flatmate to join.
Currently, the largest bedroom is available for 1,2.0 CHF / month. It faces east, so it gets great morning light!

The Apartment & Location

• Space: Around 75 sqm, featuring a gorgeous terrace and a garden shared with only two other apartments in the building great for lunches, dinners, and BBQs in the summer.
• Quiet & Convenient: The street is extremely quiet (it backs right onto a small park). Within 300 meters, you have both a Coop and a Migros.
• Transit: From Schaffhauserplatz, 3 tram lines connect directly to Zurich HB in about 10 minutes door-to-door.
• Amenities: Includes a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in a private downstairs laundry room/cellar (no shared building schedules or booking slots!).

Flat Life & Vibe

• About us: I am 26, italian working as a Data Scientist and work remotely around 3 days a week, though I travel fairly often. Sofia the other flatmate, she is a photographer also italian.
• Atmosphere: Up until now, we have enjoyed a very communal vibe sharing some groceries and hosting friends for dinner once or twice a week (keeping things quiet after 10 PM).
• Social & Visitors: I am always happy to have people around outside of work hours or have friends stay over for a few days. We usually just keep a shared calendar to give each other a heads-up.
• Utilities: Wi-Fi is 7 CHF/month per person. Electricity and heating are covered by the main contract up to a standard cap (we would only pay extra if consumption went significantly over, and Serafe may be separate).
