Room in a shared flat

Hi!
I’m offering a bright and spacious room in my fully furnished apartment in Zürich Oerlikon, available from 2 February 2027 (eventually earlier possible), with the possibility of future rent of the entire apartment in 2 or 2 years.
The room is ideal for one person, preferably a young professional looking to live in Zürich, with the possibility of staying longer term. Preference will be given to applicants who may be interested in renting the entire apartment in the future.

The apartment is on the 8th floor, with lots of natural light, great views, a sunny terrace, and separate living and dining areas. There's also a Wintergarden, ideal for home office or usable as hobby room.

About the apartment:

• Spacious 3-room apartment (2 rooms + big living room + big kitchen)
• Fully furnished and equipped
• Sunny terrace with lovely views
• 2 full bathrooms, so you’ll have your own
• You’ll be sharing the apartment with only one other person

About your flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 40-year-old young professional girl from Barcelona. She works in finance, loves travelling, sports, and having an active social life.

Location:

• 5-minute walk to Oerlikon station
• Around 25 minutes by train to Zürich HB
• Tram stops, Coop, Migros and other shops within 5 minutes
• A park right next to the building and a forest just 25 minutes away

If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself. Happy to meet you and arrange a viewing!
