I am looking for a main tenant who will join me in the apartment as part of a sublet.

The apartment is located in Zürich-Höngg and offers a beautiful view as well as a huge garden, which is to be shared, maintained, and is welcome to be creatively co-designed. 🌿

The apartment offers:

• 4.5 rooms
• large kitchen
• bathroom
• beautiful view
• huge garden
• garage, if a car is available
• a special extra: The third bedroom is located outside of the actual apartment and is therefore perfect as an office, guest room, studio, or playroom

Living situation

The living situation is somewhat special, so I would prefer to explain the details personally. It is important to me that we fit well together as people and that we get to know each other in an uncomplicated way beforehand.

About me

I am 40, humorous, tolerant, and uncomplicated. Sometimes a little chaotic – but definitely clean. 😄

I like relaxed cohabitation, where people respect each other and can still have a laugh together or spend an evening in the garden.
