Room in a shared flat

I am subletting my room in a friendly three-person WG in Unterstrass from roughly November to June. Both the start and end dates can be adjusted, and a potential extension beyond June is possible.

The flat is a 1-minute walk from trams 7, 16, 17, 50, and 51 and within walking distance of both ETH Zentrum and Irchel. HB is a 5-minute tram ride away.

The room is a nice 19 sqm space with lots of natural light coming through the three park-facing windows throughout the day. The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathrooms, a small living room, and a roof terrace with a marvellous view of the city, the mountains, and the lake. The room would be furnished as shown.

You would be living with Jannik and Felix (both German), who are students at UZH and ETH and both very nice roomies. Everyone has their own lives, but we do spend an evening together every other week or go out for sports together.
