Room in a shared flat

In a beautiful, quiet location, I am renting out a private room in my 70 m² old building apartment. The apartment has a total of three rooms, a shared bathroom, a separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen that can be shared. The room is partially furnished; full furnishing is possible upon agreement.
In addition, the house includes a private outdoor space in the courtyard, which is currently little used.
I am looking for a flexible female or male flatmate – for a temporary solution of one to two months or, if interested, also longer with the possibility of taking over two rooms. For professional and private reasons, I am mostly only at home three to four days per week.
