From 24.10 or by arrangement, a bright room of approx. 12 m2 in a friendly 3.5-room apartment will become available for temporary subletting (3 months with option to extend). The special feature: You have the apartment mostly to yourself, as I am often away for work.
The room offers direct access to the large, covered balcony with a beautiful view over Zürich. It features parquet flooring, a large wardrobe, as well as additional storage space in the attic area (Schlupf). The rental is furnished with a bed, a standing desk, and a wardrobe. (these can also be removed if necessary)
The apartment is bright, modern, and well-distributed, with a large living room (sofa, TV, dining area), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with window and bathtub/shower. Balcony with lounge and grill. Cellar compartment as well as laundry room with washing machine and tumbler available.

• Meierhofplatz: approx. 5 Min with bus
• ETH Hönggerberg: approx. 10-12 Min
• Zuerich HB: approx. 20-25 Min
• Bahnhof Altstetten: approx. 10-15 Min
• Bahnhof Oerlikon: approx. 20 Min
• Migros and Coop: 5-7 Min on foot

Looking for:
A friendly, reliable, and tidy person (employed or student), who fits well into a quiet purpose-oriented shared apartment (Zweck-WG). Non-smoker preferred.
I am 32, work in IT, and am mostly only home two evenings per week. The shared apartment is uncomplicated and rather functional - but good conversations are always welcome.
