Room in a shared flat

Hello! We, Jules (they/them) and Teresa (she/her), are renting out a room in our large 4.5-room apartment (2.0 m²) with a garden, available immediately or by arrangement. The room is bright, 7 m² in size, and costs 1’500 CHF per month, including utilities (this also includes a weekly vegetable basket from the region). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which, located right next to the room, is almost never used by us and would thus be (almost) your own. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. A cozy living room, a modern kitchen, a private laundry tower, and two cool roommates also await you!

The apartment itself is located in Affoltern (Zürich), near the train station and the bus lines 61, 62, and 32, with which you can reach the city center within 20 minutes. It is also located very close to fields and forest, and the Katzensee is only 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Thus, it is also a great retreat.

We are both in our early thirties, work in the civil society sector, love movement and music, enjoy cooking, and exchange thoughts about our lives and our ideas. We speak English and German and value peaceful coexistence. With our 3rd roommate, we wish for a friendly relationship and appreciative togetherness. A Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only) is not our vibe.

Does that sound good to you? Then get in touch with us with a few sentences about yourself and your desired move-in date!
