Room in a shared flat

Hey there! We are looking for a new main tenant from the 2st of December 2026 for our relaxed 4-WG in Wollishofen (Zurich).

About us
We are a lively community of young professionals. We often meet each other in the kitchen where we enjoy cooking together or sharing meals spontaneously, as well as going outdoors or socialising/outgoing together when we have time and energy. We like to organize dinners or gatherings in the flat, but we also enjoy spending calm time together or individually. We mainly talk English to each other :).
Your flatmates will be Emilie, Antonio and Emma.
Emilie (24) is from France (but speaks German as well) and is working as a Physiotherapist. She likes to go running, swimming, driving bike and doing pilates. Always busy but loves to share moments with roommates in the flat.
Antonio (28) from Italy is very extroverted and loving to connect, working in a biotech startup.
Emma (30) is an entrepreneur working from home. She loves quiet evening spent reading and long walks and she'll offer you cake when she bakes.
We are looking for a like-minded person who would be interested in sharing stories and time together in the WG, while taking well care of it and also enjoying some personal space.

About the apartment
The apartment is well located, 2min walking to Tram 7, 5 min to Bahnhof Wollishofen, and 5min to the lake and the Rote Fabrik. It’s situated inside an old renovated villa on the first floor.
It offers a huge hall with a lot of storage space, a big renovated kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven, marble counter…), an amazing living room and a balcony (both with lake view), and 2 bathrooms. We have a very nice shared garden, which is often available for summer BBQs and gatherings!
In the ground floor/basement, there’s our cellar and a shared washing machine and open-air dryer rack. We also have a covered outside bike parking space.
The room to rent is approximately 20m2 .
Rent is CHF 2.200 (internet, heating and electricity) and the deposit is CHF 2’000.
