2 room apartment

I am traveling abroad for a three-month stay and am subletting my cozy apartment during this time. It is a 27 m² 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor (without elevator), which I moved into four years ago directly after a total renovation. Since my home is very dear to me, I am looking for a reliable, tidy, and employed person who is in the prime of life and handles the apartment and furniture with care. As it is a quiet and very pleasant house, I am looking for someone who appreciates this relaxed atmosphere – the apartment is therefore not suitable for parties.

The photos were taken in the evening (the balcony photo was taken in the morning at 8 am), but during the day, the apartment is very pleasant: as soon as the sun shines, it also receives beautiful sunbeams from approx. 23:00. Additionally, there is a beautiful, unobstructed view directly towards the Uetliberg, and the apartment also includes a balcony.

Key data:
Period: 2. December 2026 to 27. February 2027 (limited to 3 months)

Location: Quiet, beautiful residential path in Kreis 9. The connection to public transport is great, with a bike to Stauffacher for example only 25 min, and shopping facilities are within convenient walking distance.

Equipment: Completely furnished (incl. bed, sofa, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, fast internet, etc.). Laundry can be done easily in the laundry room in the basement via entry in the laundry schedule. There is also a bicycle cellar.

Costs: CHF 2’664.60 per month (flat rate including basic rent, furnishings, EWZ electricity, Serafe and internet).

Deposit: 2 months' rent (to be deposited before moving in).

Requirements & Documents:
Since the apartment should remain smoke-free and pet-free, the offer is aimed at non-smokers without pets. For the official approval by my landlady, I require a few classic documents from you by the end of October:

– A current extract from the debt enforcement register (not older than 3 months)
– A copy of an ID
– Proof of your private liability insurance
– A short proof of income (e.g., copy of the employment contract or the last payslips)

Viewing appointments & Procedure:
The exact address in 8047 Zürich will be disclosed after successful contact. Viewing appointments can be arranged via the contact form.

Contract conclusion & Payment:
The contract can be signed flexibly online or in person on 30. October. To guarantee fixed security for both sides, the 2nd month's rent must have been received in my account by 27. October at the latest (a copy of the proof of payment is sufficient in advance via the contact form). The deposit will then either be transferred by the key handover on 30. November or handed over in cash directly on site.
