Additionally, the apartment has its own washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment as well as a cellar compartment. The apartment is located on Käferberg and thus offers direct access to nature - perfect for walking, jogging or simply relaxing in nature. Despite the quiet and natural location, the connection is ideal: the apartment is excellently connected to public transport with tram lines 17 and 50 as well as bus lines 32, 40, 72 and 83. Shopping facilities and further infrastructure are within walking distance, including Coop, Denner, bakery, cleaning, pharmacy, kiosk, cafes, restaurants and a hairdresser.
