Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Seefeld, near tram stop Wildbachstrasse. Train station Tiefenbrunnen as well as the lake are 3 mins walk from the flat. 4 people in total would be living here; The room is limited until 28.02.2027 but we may get an extension.

The room is bright and spacious and comes with a double bed, built-in closet, night table, desk, chair and your own balcony. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet) are included, only Serafe is not included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher.

All main shops are close and there are multiple buses and trams right next to the apartment that take you into the city in no time. Zurich main train station is less than 10 minutes away and public transport runs from 5 am to close to 1 am during the week. During the weekends, multiple night busses stop next to the apartment.

The cellar has a washing machine and the use of it is free of charge.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
