Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 9 m2 (2.93m x 3.05m), faces the courtyard, and the sun shines in during the morning. As shown in the pictures, the room is partially furnished. The shared flat (WG) is in Unterstrass/ Kreis near the Milchbuck station and the Irchel Campus, thus combining a location close to the city center (3km to HB) without being directly in the middle of it, with proximity to Käferberg and nature. Tram and bus are 4 minutes away on foot. The former runs every 8 minutes during the day with 4 different lines. It takes approx. 15 minutes to HB, while it takes approx. 20-25 min to the airport, which tram line 10 passes through. Various supermarkets (the nearest is 4 minutes away), drugstores, various doctors and pharmacies, as well as some restaurants can be found in the surrounding area. I have been working in auditing for 5 years and enjoy doing various things, from visiting different events/restaurants/bars/nightlife options to a bit of sport (football, golf, basketball) to exploring the area. I will only be there part-time and will also be partly on vacation in Vietnam. The apartment also has a 1 Gigabit internet line. The apartment also has a living room, which of course everyone can use. Parking spaces near the apartment (resident parking) are available.
