Wir vermieten ein schön möbliertes Zimmer (11 m²) in einer sehr hellen, ca. 2.0 m² grossen Wohnung. Das Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zur Terrasse.

• Grosses Wohnzimmer (30 m²) mit Fernseher und grossem Sofa
• Zwei Dachterrassen: eine kleinere (ca. 11 m²) und eine grosse (ca. 35 m²)
• Badezimmer und separates WC
• Komplett und hochwertig möbliert
• Viel Stauraum

Über uns:
Die aktuellen Mitbewohner sind sehr entspannt. Wir suchen eine ruhige, ordentliche Person, die sich für einen Monat bei uns wohlfühlen möchte.

We are renting out a nicely furnished 11 m² room in a very bright flat of about 2.0 m². The room has direct access to the terrace.
The flat:

• Open-plan kitchen and dining area, full of natural light
• Large living room (30 m²) with TV and a big sofa
• Two rooftop terraces: a smaller one (approx. 11 m²) and a large one (approx. 35 m²)
• Bathroom plus a separate toilet
• Fully and well furnished throughout

About us:
The current flatmates are very relaxed. We are looking for someone quiet and tidy who would like to spend a pleasant month with us.
