A special plus: You have your **own small bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin** for your sole use. Also, **washing machine and dryer** are located directly in the bathroom. The entire apartment is **80 m² large**, modern, and high-quality equipped. **Open kitchen, dining and living room, and balcony** can, of course, be shared.
