22m² office

I am subletting a bright and quiet practice room (22 m²) near Klusplatz for Mondays and Tuesdays all day, starting from 01.02.2027 or from 01.01.2027. Additionally, there is the possibility to use the room flexibly for up to 5 hours per week (by arrangement and provided that I do not need it myself, as I am regularly on the road).

A small, practical kitchen, a chair, an armchair, a wooden shelf, and a folding couch that can be stored away if needed are available for shared use.

A toilet is located outside the room in the same building.
