Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone I am starting a shared apartment (WG) in a 4.5 room apartment in Niederdorf and am looking for one or two roommates. In a 2-person WG, the room price would be 900 CHF (excl. utilities), in a 3-person WG 600 CHF (excl. utilities). The apartment contract currently only runs until 31.06.2027, as a renovation is planned after that. However, it is quite possible that the definitive move-out date will be pushed back further. I (Lukas) am 28 years old and work 80% as a mechanical engineer. In my free time, I make music, dance, climb, or engage in other forms of sport. About you: ideally you are between 25-35 years old, studying or working, and are interested in a warm, communal WG life where one likes to cook something together or do something spontaneous, while still being able to maintain one's own space.
