Room in a shared flat

Hello :) My name is Michèle and my roommate is going traveling on 10.10.26. For this reason, we are renting out her furnished room until the end of January 2027. The rent is 1400.- per month incl. balcony with a view of the greenery.
We live near Goldbrunnenplatz in the beautiful Kreis 3. In the immediate vicinity, there are various shopping facilities and a tram station (lines 9 and 14).
My roommate and I are both psychologists and approx. 30 years old. In December, we are traveling together, which is why you would have the entire apartment to yourself from December until mid-January.
About you: You should be at least 25 years old and female. Please get in touch if you are interested or have any questions :)
