3 ½ rooms apartment

**Limited term from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027** I am looking for a successor tenant for my 3.5-room apartment at Motorenstrasse in Zürich as of 1 October 2026. Please note that the apartment will undergo a total renovation as of 30.09.2027. **The apartment will be given to the successor tenant who takes over all furniture/accessories.** The furniture was purchased three years ago and is being offered for a total price of CHF 9’000. If there is interest and the apartment is an option for you, I will be happy to send you the detailed furniture list. It is a typical old building apartment with an older kitchen and an older bathroom. The apartment is very bright, as the sun shines on the bedroom and living room as well as on the balcony towards the street side during the day. In the evening, the sun falls into the rear conservatory balcony. The apartment has cable radio reception, features a cellar compartment as well as a shared house kitchen for communal use. Also included with the apartment are two parking spaces (CHF 160) which are arranged one behind the other; however, these do not necessarily have to be taken over.
