2 ½ rooms apartment

A subtenant or successor tenant is being sought for a fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in a new building starting from 1 November 2026. The apartment is located on one of the upper floors and offers an excellent view.

Basically, the apartment is offered for sublease. However, depending on the individual situation, two rental options are possible:

Option 1 – Sublease (preferred)

The apartment is fully furnished and will be sublet for a fixed or indefinite period, depending on the agreement.

The rental price is CHF 2'985.– per month and includes:

• Nebenkosten
• full furnishing
• electricity

Serafe fees are not included in the rental price.

In this variant, the furniture does not need to be purchased or taken over, as it remains part of the furnished sublease.

Option 2 – Assumption of the main lease agreement

If no sublease is desired, there is fundamentally also the possibility to take over the apartment as a successor tenant and conclude your own lease agreement directly with the owner.

In this case, the rent is approx. CHF 2'885.– per month including Nebenkosten. In this variant, the takeover of the existing furniture is intended at a transfer price of CHF 7'000.–.

Such a contract takeover takes place in consultation with the owner and requires their consent.

Internet

A fast internet connection with up to 2.5 Gbit/s is already set up and is included free of charge until 10 December 2026. From 11 December 2026, the subtenant is responsible for the internet connection themselves. The existing connection can be taken over; alternatively, another provider or tariff can be freely chosen. The current internet contract ends on 10 December 2026.

Parking space

A parking space in an underground garage in the property or in the immediate vicinity can be requested from the responsible property managements or landlords. However, the availability of a parking space cannot be guaranteed. At the moment, some are available.
