Room in a shared flat

Hello, My name is Alessandro, I would like to **subrent** my room for about 3 months. The flat is very close to Bullingerplatz, and close to Lochergut. The period: **Start** 15th of September **End** end of November By keeping fixed the period from mid-september to end-november, I am very flexible with the dates. The room, facing south and the inner courtyard, is very cozy and intimate. Since it is a sublet, the room will be furnished, with no need to buy them (maybe I will ask for a symbolic deposit, which will be returned after your stay). The room has: double-size bed, a wood desk with chair, a closet, and a bookshelf, and it is furnished with 2 lamps (1 on the floor, 1 on the ceiling). The flat has a nice and bright living room, a living kitchen with a balcony (facing south and the inner courtyard), and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. You will share the flat with the main tenant, Alexandre (french, 33 years). He is a very pleasant company: friendly, respectful, and passionate about his work. He speaks english and spanish.
