Room in a shared flat

The room is part of a 93 square meter apartment in the Letziturm opposite Letzipark. The bus stop is located right in front of the front door and Altstetten station can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.
The room is rented furnished and has its own bathroom directly in the room. In addition, there is a cozy loggia, which is great for a coffee or a drink. Cellar is not included.
The rental price is CHF 1550.- per month, including electricity and internet. The room is available from the beginning of December until the end of April.
We are quite open regarding age, gender, or job - what is much more important is that it fits humanly.
We are looking for someone who lives together in an open and uncomplicated way and also occasionally feels like having a coffee or an after-work beer together. At the same time, of course, everyone should have their own space.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are generally welcome as long as they are house-trained. Home parties are not really our thing - but of course, we have nothing against a cozy get-together or visitors.
You would share the apartment with Nina (26). She works as a certified nurse in shift work and is a relaxed and uncomplicated flatmate. We like an informal WG life where you get along well but do not feel like you constantly have to do something.
I am Sandro (29) and will be going to the mountains for five months. Therefore, I am looking for someone for this time who feels comfortable in the apartment and lives it together with Nina. And most importantly, it is important that it fits interpersonally - the rest usually takes care of itself!😊
