I am renting out my shared apartment room in a modern apartment in Zürich Altstetten for 2–3 months between September and November. The exact rental duration can be flexibly agreed upon after consultation. The room is approx. 16 m² in size, fully furnished, and is located on its own floor of the two-story apartment. Directly next to it is your own bathroom, which gives you a lot of privacy despite being in a shared apartment. The room is also ideal for home office and is already equipped with a desk and PC monitor. The apartment has a spacious layout and extends over two floors. In addition to the bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a shared living area as well as a modern kitchen with a dining area. The apartment is fully furnished and features, among other things, a television and Netflix. You would live together with two male roommates around the age of 30. Both are employed. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet – not a party shared apartment. **Location:** The apartment is centrally located in **Zürich Altstetten**. Tram and bus stops are located directly by the house, yet the apartment is situated in a quiet location.
