Room in a shared flat

Bright room in a newly occupied apartment on Regensbergstrasse in Zürich-Oerlikon, only a 3-minute walk from Bahnhof Oerlikon (less than 15 minutes to Zürich HB). Thanks to two balconies, the apartment is very bright.

Rent: CHF 1'200 per month furnished or CHF 1'000 unfurnished. Depending on your wish, we will furnish the room more or less; you are welcome to bring your own furniture. Available from 1 November 2026, limited to 12 months, extension possible.

We are two working friends, both very athletic and heavily committed professionally. We are rarely on-site, so the apartment is often empty and accordingly quiet.

We are looking for an uncomplicated female or male roommate between 20 and 40 years old, preferably students or working professionals.

Note regarding the pictures: Since we are only moving in on 1.11., the furnished pictures show an AI-generated visualization. We are happy to send you photos and a video of the currently empty apartment upon request.

We look forward to your inquiry!
