Room in a shared flat

I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a recently renovated 3-room apartment in Zurich-Hottingen, available from November 2st (flexible move-in date).

The room is approximately 28 square meters, and the apartment is around 42 square meters. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen, a modern bathroom, and parquet flooring. The building was completely renovated in 2024.

It is located in a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood, approximately 20 minutes from ETH Zurich by bicycle.

You would be sharing the apartment with a PhD student at ETH. She is looking for a reliable and considerate flatmate who appreciates a quiet home, takes care of the shared spaces, and respects each other's privacy.

Furnishing: The furniture in the room is available to purchase.
Available from: November 2st (but flexible move-in date).
