Room in a shared flat

Hey everyone!

After a great 3 years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to my WG in Züri. So Lorenzo (IT), Moritz (CH) and Ada (ES) are looking for a new flatmate from mid-december on (move-in date indicatively 25.22).

We are a very international WG, where English with a flair of Spanish, Italian and Schwiizerdutch is spoken daily. We are all somewhat sporty, with various hobbies and very social, but no pressure to hang out in the evenings: if you need time alone in your room to decompress, no one will mind! We value personal space and try to maintain a clean, cozy environment. We don’t have “scheduled” WG dinners, but from time to time we like to share a spontaneous meal.

We are looking for a friendly, open person that shares our values: clean, social and open to coming home to a random bunch of people hanging on the couch (after a text in the WG groupchat of course!) but at the same time respectful of personal space when needed.
Important: the new tenant will take up the role of co-main tenant with Ada.

About the house: 4.5 rooms flat in Oerlikon, very close to the bus stop (3’ on foot) and train station (5-20’ by bike, great connections to the city and HB, and most places in the northeaster part of Switzerland). Spacious and bright living room, kitchen, 4 rooms, 2 shared bathrooms and a nice sunny balcony for chilling. Amenities: dishwasher, apartment-wide shared laundry machines, storage room in the cellar.

About the room:

• rent: 1070.- / month, excluded utilities
• utilities: roughly 50-44.-/month
• furnishing: I will leave most of the furniture to the future tenant – price for taking over things to be discussed! Regarding the month of December, the rent would be split between me and the new tenant.
