Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my shared apartment room in my 3-room apartment in Zuerich, as I will be traveling from 30.20. to 22.22. The room is 26.5 m2 in size, bright, friendly, and oriented towards the green courtyard.
We share a 22 m2 living room with a sofa bed for guests. The kitchen has a small balcony. Shopping facilities are reachable in about 20 minutes on foot. The Zuerichberg is very close by and invites you for walks. The nearest tram stop is Waldgarten and is reachable in just 3 minutes on foot.
During my absence, you will share the apartment with my open-minded and nice roommate. We are looking for an uncomplicated, clean, and considerate person with whom living together is pleasant. Ideally, we are looking for a female subtenant who feels comfortable for the three weeks and fits well into the WG.
Utility costs and internet are included in the rental price.
