Room in a shared flat

From 23 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, we are renting out a bright, approx. 6 m² WG room in a quiet 3-room apartment in Zürich-Schwamendingen. The rent is CHF 620 per month.
The room is basically rented unfurnished, but can also be taken furnished by arrangement. The apartment is located in a quiet multi-family house and has a shared balcony. Additionally, a laundry room, a drying room, a bicycle room, and a cellar compartment are available.
We are looking for an uncomplicated, tidy, and rather quiet person who is currently in studies or in training and is ideally over 23 years old (preferably male). You should speak German or English and be open to occasional interaction, but also appreciate your own retreat. Due to the fixed rental period, the room is particularly suitable for exchange students, interns, or persons looking for temporary accommodation in Zürich.
About the WG: You would live in a two-person WG. Your future roommate is 26 years old and is currently completing his teaching diploma as a psychology teacher. He is uncomplicated, communicative, and looks forward to occasional interaction without any obligations arising from it. He speaks fluent Swiss German and English.
Important: As this is a JUWO apartment, you must meet the JUWO criteria.
If interested, we look forward to a short message with a few pieces of information about you!
