We’re looking for a new flatmate for a ~14 m² room in our WOKO shared flat at Bahnhaldenstrasse 9. The apartment is right next to Seebach station, making it easy to get around Zürich.

• 🏛️ ETH/UZH Zentrum: ~30 min
• 🌿 UZH Irchel: ~20 min

Rent & dates

• 💰 Rent: CHF 619/month
• 📅 Subletting period starting 01.10.2026
• 📦 Move-in date is completely flexible
• 📝 Official WOKO contract starting 30.11.2026 onwards

The room
The room is approximately 2.8 × 4.8 m (~14 m²) and comes with:

• Big cupboard
• Big shelf
• Big desk (160 × 80 cm)
• Bin
• WOKO 90 cm bed
• Generic chair
• An old office chair can also be kept for free, if wanted

The flat has a relaxed and independent atmosphere. We’re not a super-social WG, but we do enjoy spending time together occasionally — for example, having a movie night or sharing a meal. So there’s a nice balance between having your own space and getting to know your flatmates.
