Room in a shared flat

Hoi! We are two women (25 and 26), one studies, one works, and are looking for a new female flatmate for our vacant room as of 1 December.

The room

• On the ground floor, furnished (we provide the furniture)
• CHF 800.– per month incl. utilities
• Deposit (for furniture), which will be fully refunded upon moving out
• From 1 December, indefinite

The apartment

• 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms and one living room
• Shared use: kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden
• Washing machine in the laundry cellar
• Public transport within 5 minutes walking distance, Seebach station within 15 minutes walking distance

Us and you
We are more of a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience): everyone lives their own life, but we treat each other in a friendly and considerate manner. We are looking for a woman of similar age (approx. 23–28), student or employed. Cleanliness is very important to us.
