4 rooms apartment

We are offering our charming 4-room apartment (approx. 95m2) in the heart of Kreis 5 for an apartment exchange. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (top floor without lift) and impresses with a great layout: A spacious entrance area with a practical wall cupboard leads into a bright, extensive living and dining room. The two well-proportioned bedrooms offer sufficient space. A special highlight: The living room and the bedrooms impress with old, exposed wood joints/wooden beams, which give the apartment a lot of character (pictures to follow). The living and sleeping areas are laid with beautiful parquet flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The small bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The kitchen is older but offers plenty of space for a dining table as well as a cozy corner bench, and a small washing machine belongs to the apartment. Since there is no balcony, we share the spacious roof terrace area (2/3 share) with a nice neighbor – from here, one enjoys a dreamlike view all the way to the Alps. Although the building is somewhat aged, the apartment itself is a real home and the location is unbeatable: In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous good restaurants, bars, cinemas, and Josefwiese is reachable in a few minutes.

We are looking for: Since our daughter attends kindergarten in Kreis 5, we absolutely want to stay in this neighborhood. However, we are looking for a new home that is somewhat cheaper and ideally located on a lower floor. Size: From 3.5 rooms Location: Preferably Kreis 5 Special: A garden (share) would be ideal, but is not strictly required.
