Room in a shared flat

Room for sublet – maybe with you? 😊
If you are looking for a room in a 2-person shared apartment for your new start in Zürich or just as a transition from mid-November (22.22.26) to the end of December (approx. 30.22.26), then you have come to the right place. You will live in an 8sqm room in a beautiful 3.5-room apartment directly on the river.
The apartment is only 3 years old, modern and open in design, and has a large kitchen-living area with an adjacent living and dining area. Zürich-Manegg is the sweet spot for me: peace away from the city hustle (perfect starting point for a jogging/cycling tour after work) and yet in the city in under 20min by bike 🚴♂️
You share the living area with my nice, communicative, and open-minded roommate. Cleanliness and respect for one another are important principles of our shared apartment.

🏠 Your room
Your room is 8 m² in size and has direct access to the balcony. When you wake up in the morning, you have a direct view of the autumnal Uetliberg. The room is fully furnished and features a fully equipped home office workspace, which is welcome to be used.
In total, the apartment has 3.5 rooms – so everyone has their own retreat. When the room door is closed, that is also completely okay and everyone can enjoy their peace. 😉

The apartment also features:

• its own laundry tower
• large balcony with a direct view of the Sihl and the forest at Uetliberg
• modern open kitchen
• and very importantly: lots of nature directly in front of the door for all athletes, free spirits, or a combination of both 🌿
