Large 5.5-room apartment in a prime location – 10 min. walk to HB
Immediately and as of 1 December, we are looking for one person each for our spacious 5.5-room apartment in a central and at the same time very quiet location.

Central and yet quiet
The apartment is located in the middle of Zürich and is only approx. 10 minutes on foot from Zürich HB. Despite the central location, it is pleasantly quiet: The apartment is located in a 30 zone with little traffic.

The apartment
The apartment is very generously laid out and offers plenty of space:

• 5.5 rooms
• Large living room with open kitchen
• 4 other rooms, flexibly usable as bedrooms, workspaces, or living rooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Plenty of storage space
• Private terrace
• Separate cellar compartment
• Apartment on two levels: elevated ground floor and lower floor
• The ground floor is shielded from the outside by a fence or a wall
• All rooms on the lower floor have windows and daylight

About the WG
Currently, Vasco (32), Oliver (30), and Yannik (34) live together in the WG. Since Oliver and Vasco will be leaving the apartment in autumn, two rooms will become available:

• 1 room immediately
• 1 room as of 1 December

Ideally, we are looking for one person who takes over the main lease and continues the WG. We are flexible regarding how the WG is structured afterwards.

We can also well imagine a solution where both rooms becoming available are taken over directly by new main tenants. So, if you would like to take over a WG together with another person, that is also an option.

Furniture
Upon arrangement, there is also the possibility to take over a large part of the existing furniture free of charge.
