Rent: CHF 1,400/month, all inclusive (utilities, internet, electricity, main cleaning). Available from first of July | Minimum stay: 6 months. The atmosphere is peaceful and respectful, ideal for someone who values a positive, stable, quiet home environment. I am looking for a kind, responsible, non-smoking, and environmentally conscious person (40+), who appreciates privacy and a tidy, harmonious home. About me: I'm a warm and humorous person, working as a therapist and speaking Italian, French, and English fluently. My German is currently in working progress. I am open, active, friendly. Dancing, meditation, Nature, literature and movies are between my interests.
