I am unfortunately leaving Switzerland and giving up my beautiful flat in Altstetten. **I am looking to move by agreement sometime in early August, between August 03 and August 10.** The apartment has many advantages: \- it's large, it has big 2 rooms plus separate kitchen but realistically the enclove in the corridor creates so much space it's almost like an additional third room (I use it as a dinig room) \- it gets a lot of light from the windows (with a view on Uetliberg) \- it has a large cellar \- there's a great balcony (looking out at Uetliberg) \- the kitchen is well equipped \- there's a private laundry machine and tumbledryer \- the neighborhood is great: there's big Coop, Migros, Denner, local shop open on Sundays. It's not far from Bnhf Altstetten and there's bus stops 80, 78, 67 right next door \- there's a bike shed \- lovely neighbors and nice house management Requirements for application: \- 1 or 2 adults \- no pets \- no smoking \- I am selling some furniture as I'm moving out and would like the next tenant to take them over.
