Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into a lovely 3-room flat in Wollishofen, close to Wollishoferplatz, from 1 November 2026.

The location is excellent: shops are just a short walk away, Paradeplatz is only 15 minutes away, and the lake is a few minutes from the door.

There are two rooms to choose from:
Room 1: approx. 18 m², available furnished or unfurnished, CHF 1,500–1,600 per month (depending on whether you’d like it furnished or not)
Room 2: approx. 12 m², unfurnished, CHF 1,350 per month

We’d share a modern kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a spacious living room with a second balcony. Please note that the furniture in the photos isn’t what the flat will actually have. We’ll be starting the flatshare together, so we can decide on the furnishings together too.

A bit about me: I’m 35 and have been living and working in Zurich for over five years as a project manager in real estate. I enjoy good company, but I value peace and quiet and a good book just as much. Other than that, I love cooking and staying active.
