Ich hätte ein helles Zimmer circa 28 m2 zu vermieten in vollausgerüsteter 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung mit insgesamt 70m2 und Balkon 20 m2 mit Gasgrill und eigenem Waschturm im Seefeld Kreis 8 in 5 Minuten zu Fuss am See und Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen und Tramlinien 22 und 25 sowie Buslinie 33.
Zimmer ist möbliert oder unmöbliert zu haben. Ganze Wohnung zur Mitbenutzung. Bei Interesse kann ich gerne noch mehr Bilder zusenden.

Ich ein junggebliebener Mitte 60er und meine 22-jährige Labradoodle-Hündin Gaia suchen unkomlizierten Mitbewohner.

Bin viel unterwegs, 3 bis 4 mal pro Jahr für mehrere Wochen in Mexiko, da ich mit einem Mexikaner verheiratet bin, der in Mazunte an der Pazifikküste von Oaxaca lebt und auch ansonsten sehr umgänglich. Arbeite 3 bis 4 mal im Monat im Club KLAUS als Selektion an der Tür. Als Mitbewohner/in kommst Du dort immer gratis rein.

Effektive Kosten Elektrizität und allfällige Nachzahlung Nebenkosten (Wasser/Heizung/Internet/Serafe) werden nach Abzug der Akontozahlungen per Stichtag 30. April geteilt 50% zu 50%

I have a bright room (approx. 28 m²) available for rent in a fully equipped 3.5-room apartment (70 m² total). The apartment includes a 20 m² balcony with a gas grill and a private laundry unit (washing machine and dryer). It is located in the Seefeld area (District 8), just a 5-minute walk from the lake, the Tiefenbrunnen train station, tram lines 22 and 25, and bus line 33.
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. You will have shared access to the entire apartment. If you are interested, I would be happy to send you more photos.

I travel quite a bit, spending several weeks in Mexico three to four times a year, as I am married to a Mexican man who lives in Mazunte on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca,but otherwise, I am very laid-back and easy to get along with. I also work three to four times a month at Club KLAUS, handling door selection. As my housemate, you would always get in for free.

Actual electricity costs and any additional payments due for utility charges (water/heating/internet/Serafe) calculated after deducting advance payments shall be split 50/50 as of the cut-off date of April 30.
