I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely, bright and spacious apartment in Wipkingen, officially available from November 1st, 2026, with the possibility of moving in a little earlier, potentially around mid-October.

Rent: CHF 1,880 per month, excluding utilities
Location: Griesernweg, 8037 Zurich
Availability: November 1st (earlier move-in may be possible)
Occupancy: 1 person only

The apartment offers plenty of natural light, a spacious layout and a lovely atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and both the kitchen and bathroom are well maintained and fully functional.

There’s also plenty of extra storage space, with a large private basement compartment and an additional spacious attic compartment included.

The location is a real highlight! Situated in a quiet and charming residential neighbourhood, the apartment offers the perfect balance between peaceful living and being close to everything Zurich has to offer. The Letten area and city centre are just a short distance away.

Rental details

The apartment will initially be rented through a 3-month sublease starting November 1st, followed by the possibility of taking over the main lease directly, subject to the landlord’s approval. I’m looking for someone who would be interested in staying long-term.

Furniture arrangements can be discussed individually.
