One room in our home will be available from December 2st. Moving in the advertised room is also possible later

• earlier moving in date (before December) possible in the guest room - basically anytime
• Rent and other costs: 2670 CHF, security deposit 2950 CHF, common bills split the number of flatmates (4 people)
• Address: Albistrasse Zürich (Kreis 2, Wollishofen) - exact location shared privately
• Contract: short or long term, notice period 3 months

By foot, we are 20/25 minutes away from the lake and 5 minutes from a forest (Entlisberg)
